The meeting will take place at the

Four Points by Sheraton & Conference Centre Gatineau-Ottawa.
35, rue Laurier, Gatineau (Québec) J8X 4E9

For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved from Monday, October 29th to Friday, November 2nd.

The basic rate, exclusive of taxes and service fees, is $120 CAD for a room with single or double occupancy which is more or less 85 Euros or $115 USD.

High speed Internet access is included in the rate. Access is wireless in the meeting room and wired in the hotel rooms.

It is important to note that attendees are to make their reservations themselves at the Four Points, as financial obligations with respect to the meeting arrangements have been undertaken by the host.

The event booking code is "IREQ - IEC TC57 WG17". Reservation can be made by e-mail at reservations@fourpointsgatineau.com or by phone at 1-800-567-9607 (toll free).

The deadline for reservations is the October the 9th.
