One of the crucial objectices of the meetings in Oldenburg is the inform the domain experts on the standardization work going on in IEC TC 57 "Power systems management and associated information exchange" and other committees and to receive further requirements from the interested market participants.

Key question is: 

What kind of information between which kind of devices (controllers of any kind, computers of any kind) needs to be exchanged when and how often for which purpose.

Example: Breaker position of the breaker at the grid interconnection monitoring device needs to be communicated spontaneously to the control center so and so.

You could provide your information and information exchange requirements online. We would appreciate your input in due time before the Oldenburg meeting! Thank you.

 Vendors' view: workshop on the standards for power delivery systems (morning): IEC 61970, 61850, 61400-25; advanced solutions for information and automation systems (afternoon)

 Meeting of WG 17 (guests are welcome to attend); continuation of the preparation of the FDIS (final draft international standard) of IEC 61850-7-420 especially taking the requirements into account that have been presented and discussed on 19th-20th June

The meetings will be held at the OFFIS Institute for information technology in Oldenburg / Germany.
